Condominium Fire Claim
Gentlemen,
Thank you for a great job managing our insurance claim when everyone was forced out of our condominium building by a major fire.
We appreciate how Dave took us by the hand and guided us through the whole process. His experience and good communication skills played a big role in making us feel comfortable about the decision we had made to use American Claims. He explained the different parts of this challenging process in layman’s terms that we could all understand. This allowed us to make informed decisions to arrive at an equitable settlement - I don’t think we could have gotten more.
Even though our insurance policy wasn’t perfect, Dave was able to squeeze the most out of it. He was good about not getting bogged down with the limitations presented by the policy.
We could not have done this ourselves and appreciate the value for the work that was done.

Fires, Floods, Hail, Collapse Claims
To Whom This May Concern,
For the past several years I have worked with Mr. Hann on several different claim matters that range from fires, flood, hail damage to collapsing carports.
During that time I have worked with Mr. Hann, I have found Mr. Hann to be very professional in his job, worked very well with the adjusters with the insurance companies and was able to get everything from the insurance companies that was owed to the HOA’s on claims.
I would recommend Mr. Hann as a Public Adjuster for any insurance claim I may have and would not use anyone else.
